1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" or "Service" refers to the dewa01 website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services accessible at dewa01.cam and related domains.
• "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to dewa01, the operator of the Platform.
• "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or not.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User to access Platform services.

• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in a User's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits.

• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or other incentives provided by dewa01 subject to specific terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction

To register an Account and use dewa01 services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of Account registration.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or located within Indonesian territory when accessing the Platform.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

2.2 Account Limitations

• Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) Account. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Accounts cannot be shared, transferred, or sold to other individuals.
• You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account credentials.
• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of dewa01 and their immediate family members are not eligible to open Accounts or claim bonuses.

2.3 Restricted Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from using dewa01 services:

• Persons who have previously been excluded or banned from our Platform for violation of Terms.
• Persons who have self-excluded from gambling services.
• Persons acting on behalf of prohibited third parties.
• Persons using VPN, proxy, or other location-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including:

• Full legal name as appears on your Indonesian identity card (KTP).
• Date of birth to verify you meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• Valid email address for account communications.
• Active Indonesian mobile phone number for verification purposes.
• Residential address within Indonesia.
• Banking details for deposits and withdrawals (account number, bank name, account holder name).

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

dewa01 implements mandatory KYC procedures to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and prevent fraud. You agree to:

• Provide a clear, legible copy of your Indonesian KTP or other government-issued identification.
• Submit additional documentation if requested, including proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) and bank account verification.
• Complete verification within 30 days of Account registration. Unverified Accounts may be subject to withdrawal limitations or suspension.
• Update your information promptly if any details change (address, phone number, banking details).

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You agree to:

• Choose a strong password combining letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share your username, password, or security questions with any third party.
• Notify dewa01 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Log out after each gaming session, especially when using shared or public devices.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

dewa01 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI).
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.
• Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction (higher limits available for VIP members).
• Deposits are typically credited to your Balance within 5 minutes during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB).

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction (unverified Accounts limited to Rp 10,000,000 per day).
• Withdrawals are processed to the bank account registered during Account creation and verified through KYC.
• Processing time: 5-15 minutes during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB); up to 2 hours during off-peak hours.
• dewa01 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank may impose receiving fees.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete or if suspicious activity is detected.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

To prevent money laundering and fraud:

• Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal (turnover requirement applies to deposited amount only, not winnings).
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible.
• dewa01 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals exceeding Rp 100,000,000.
• Unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by dewa01 are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional or systematic bonus exploitation is prohibited.
• Only one active bonus per Account at any given time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses simultaneously.
• Bonuses must be opted-in by the User. Bonuses are not automatically credited unless you explicitly claim them.
• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• dewa01 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements:

• Standard wagering requirement: 30x (deposit + bonus amount) unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Different game types contribute differently toward wagering: Slots 100%, Live Casino 20%, Table Games 10%, Sports Betting varies by odds.
• Maximum bet per round while bonus is active: Rp 50,000. Bets exceeding this amount may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings expire if wagering is not completed within the validity period (typically 30 days).
• Wagering progress is tracked in your Account dashboard under the "Bonuses" section.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and may result in bonus forfeiture and Account suspension:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times.
• Colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially (e.g., betting on opposite outcomes).
• Using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Depositing solely to claim bonuses and withdrawing immediately after meeting minimum turnover.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted based on the odds and lines displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed. Review all bet details carefully before confirming.
• In case of abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events, bets are typically voided and stakes refunded unless specific rules apply (detailed in Sports Betting Rules).
• Maximum payout per bet slip: Rp 500,000,000. Maximum payout per day: Rp 2,000,000,000.
• dewa01 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets at our discretion, particularly from players with consistent winning patterns.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested for fairness.
• Game results are final once the game round is completed and cannot be reversed except in cases of technical malfunction.
• If a technical error occurs resulting in incorrect payouts, dewa01 reserves the right to correct the Balance retroactively.
• Live casino games follow standard casino rules. Dealer decisions are final and binding.

6.3 Lottery Games (Togel)

• Togel results are based on official lottery draws from Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, and Macau pools.
• dewa01 is not the organizer of these lotteries and cannot influence or alter results.
• Bets must be placed before the official draw cutoff time. Late bets are rejected automatically.
• Results are published immediately after official announcement and can be verified through independent sources.
• In rare cases of official result corrections by lottery organizers, dewa01 will adjust payouts accordingly.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, Balance confiscation, and legal action:

• Fraud and Manipulation: Using bots, automated betting systems, or third-party software to gain unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus wagering.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies between platforms to guarantee profit.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate deposits through your bank or payment provider.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to transfer, conceal, or launder funds obtained illegally.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing minors (under 21) to access or use your Account.
• VPN Use: Using VPN, proxy, or location-masking services to access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions.
• Account Sharing: Allowing others to use your Account or using another person's Account.
• Offensive Conduct: Harassing customer support staff, other players, or engaging in abusive communication.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

dewa01 provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Uninterrupted or error-free Platform operation.
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of Platform content, odds, or game results.
• Fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
• Security of data transmission over the internet.

8.2 Force Majeure

dewa01 shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, wars, terrorism, or civil unrest.
• Government regulations, legal restrictions, or court orders.
• Internet service provider failures, DDoS attacks, or cyber incidents.
• Third-party payment processor or banking system outages.
• Game provider technical failures or maintenance.

8.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• dewa01's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of services shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
• dewa01 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and you participate at your own risk.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• Any remaining Balance will be returned to you after deducting pending withdrawals and bonus funds.
• You must complete any pending wagering requirements or forfeit bonus balances.
• Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed. A new Account cannot be opened for at least 6 months.

9.2 Company-Initiated Suspension or Termination

dewa01 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your Account is involved in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activities.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• You provide false or misleading information during registration.
• You are found to have multiple Accounts.
• Continued provision of services would violate applicable laws or regulations.

Upon termination for breach, dewa01 may withhold any Balance in your Account and pursue legal remedies for damages.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of our licensing jurisdiction. Where applicable, Indonesian consumer protection laws may apply to disputes involving Indonesian residents.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute between you and dewa01:

10.3 Limitation Period

Any claim or dispute must be raised within 30 days of the incident giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after 30 days will not be considered.
